Sales Account Manager

**Your mission**:
In addition to atwork’s presence in the DACH region, atwork is entering the Spanish market. In this position, you will help atwork to further develop and grow the market of the DACH region, with the help of our team of Account Managers and Marketing Specialists. Build your own sales portfolio and rely on professional support, strategic guidance, and leverage atwork’s existing sales infrastructure.
**This is what you will do with us**:
- Independent acquisition of SMEs across Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Work with our Product team, to give feedback on how the market responds to the product
- Have a strong collaboration with our Marketing Specialists to leverage their generation of new leads through inbound marketing
- Support targeted marketing initiatives, campaigns, and external events for lead generation
- Identify new opportunities on how to enlarge the existing sales portfolio in the new target market (e.g. new partner channels)

**Your profile**:
- Completed business studies or comparable education
- Business fluent in German and English
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience of software products and services
- Background and network in the wider HR field
- High customer-orientation and business acumen
- Experience with in
- Experience with the use and maintenance of CRM tools and Excel
- Willingness to travel
