**¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS?**
En BCN3D se desarrollan nuevas aplicaciones y productos que deben ser testeados para asegurar su propuesta de valor, estamos en una industria que cambia de una forma muy acelerada.
Por este motivo, en BCN3D buscamos un/a HR Assistant que nos ayude a incrementar nuestros equipos dando soporte en los procesos de selección que se abren dentro de nuestra compañía, para de esta forma poder seguir creciendo dentro de un sector que destaca por su innovación.
¿DE QUÉ SERÍAS RESPONSABLE?
- Recepción de vacantes y publicación de las mismas.
- Criba curricular de perfiles y entrevistas telefónicas
- Entrevistas por competencias.
- Soporte en la gestión del sistema de control horario.
- Gestión de las tareas administrativas que se generan en el departamento
**Requisitos**:
- Formación: Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o estudios similares.
- Valorable aportar un nível avanzado de inglés.
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Buenas dotes comunicativas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Se valorará positivamente experiência previa en puesto similar llevando procesos de selección.
