We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team and make a significant impact on our clients' guests' experiences.. As a vital part of our team, your role will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and pleasant stay. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues with exceptional customer service.

Tasks
- Offer recommendations and insights.
- Effectively handle customer concerns and complaints, aiming for prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to swiftly resolve guest issues.
- Assist guests in booking accommodations.
- Ensure the accuracy of reservation details and billing information.
- Maintain precise records of guest interactions and problems a CRM system.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics as needed.

**Requirements**:
Danish speaker with a high level of English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Friendly attitude.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
