As a Danish Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer support through various channels, including chats, calls, social media queries, and emails
  • Offering product and service information to customers
  • Researching and gathering the necessary information to meet customer needs
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining an up-to-date customer information system
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure prompt resolutions
  • Following up on customer calls when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (verbal and written)
  • Strong command of English
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using technology and computer systems
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
