**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager
- Integration Support to join the Integration team in Q-Commerce As TAM you will be the point of contact for our teams for any technical questions, helping them with integrations (new, active ones ) and its troubleshooting.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Work closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enable integrations, solve the main issues with the active integrations and improve them- Do the troubleshooting for the integrations using Jira tickets- Be the point of contact of our Partners to ensure the technical stability of our collaboration, proactively identifying improvement opportunities-
- Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations- Work to identify and fix issues on Integrations

**You have**:

- Recent graduate or have a work experience in engineering field or similar degree
- Internet technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, Swagger
- Good Analytical skills and proficiency in Python / Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Database analysis
- Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Hands-on attitude is a must. You'll have to roll up your sleeves
- Good English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with contemporary programming languages, such as Javascript
- JIRA knowledge (or similar) is a plus
