Responsibilities
• Identify the technological needs of clients• Understand integration options offered by PayRetailers• Solve incidents in a fast and organized process• Perform data analysis to find improvement opportunities• Coordinate calls with merchants and gateways• Communicate issues and demands from clients• Coordinate with sales/account management and IT teams• Generate monthly reports• Provide technical support and advice to customers• Know the scope and limits of our system
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in systems administration or business management• At least 2 years of experience in Fintech industries• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics• Demonstrated knowledge of the technology industry• Experience with tools such as VPN, Jira, Postman, Insomnia, SQL and MSSQLServer• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Customer relationship and interpersonal skills• Availability to travel
