Job Duties And Responsibilities: Technical Onboardings: identify the technological needs of our clients, as well as their growth potentials. Know and understand the different forms of integration offered by PayRetailers. Identify, diagnose, and understand how to solve incidents in a fast and organized process. Proactive support and search for improvements through data analysis: the candidate will perform an extensive analysis of our company's Vip merchants, looking for volume and conversion improvement opportunities from a UX and technological performance point of view. Responsible for interdepartmental calls, such as calls with merchants and gateways. Communicate issues/demands from merchants and gateways. Be knowledgeable about the scope of our system to know the limits of the system as well as the growth capabilities. Interdepartmental coordination with the sales/account management team and the IT team. Generate monthly reports indicating area details. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in systems administration, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, or similar. At least 2 years of experience working in Fintech industries. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Demonstrated knowledge of technology industry. Experience or knowledge using tools such as: Vpn, Jira, Postman, Insomnia, SQL and MSSQLSever Customer relationship and interpersonal skills. Availability to travel. What We Offer :
