We are currently seeking a talented and visionary Executive Pastry Chef to take charge of our bustling kitchen, managing a large team of skilled chefs and delivering extraordinary volumes of mouthwatering pastries and desserts, reaching up to an impressive 2000 creations a day. This is a rare opportunity to showcase your mastery of the art of pastry and leave an indelible mark on the culinary landscape of Madrid.

As our Executive Pastry Chef, you will be the driving force behind our pastry department, leading a highly skilled team to create extraordinary culinary experiences. Your main responsibilities will include:

- ** Pastry Perfection**: Elevate our pastry offerings to new levels of creativity, flavor, and aesthetic appeal. Display an unmatched passion for the art of pastry and inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a large team of talented pastry chefs, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's continuous growth and success.
- ** High Volume Expertise**: Demonstrate an exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Deliver consistently outstanding pastries and desserts, even under the pressure of demanding production targets.

**Requisitos**:

- Proven track record as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of pastry techniques, including baking, chocolate work, sugar art, and plated desserts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating a diverse team of chefs.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to turn ordinary ingredients into extraordinary masterpieces.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, maintaining composure and delivering exceptional results.
