Importantísima editorial con más de 20 años de experiência en el sector y con presencia en múltiples países del mundo, está buscando a un/ a Head of Softline para incorporarse en sus oficinas de Barcelona.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Liderar las ventas de Softline a nível internacional y desarrollar la estrategia de licesing en esta categoría para conseguir los objetivos.
- Desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia de posicionamiento de la categoría y de la marca en retail para las diferentes propiedades.
- Negociar con los licenciatarios contratos de Softline para las diferentes propiedades.
- Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo de producto para la generación de ideas, desarrollar conceptos y marketing de las propiedades.
- Preparar propuestas personalizadas y planes anuales para los principales actores de este sector y presentárselas de manera eficaz y proactiva.
- Coordinar el lanzamiento de las actividades comerciales con el equipo.
- Asistir a las ferias, congresos y eventos específicos de la industria en representación de la compañía.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
Requisitos: - Más de 4 años de experiência en la industria del Retail. - Experiência en la gestión de las siguientes áreas: ventas, desarrollo de negocio, merchandising, retail y promociones. - Disponibilidad para viajar por Europa y USA. - Habilidad para hablar en público y comunicarse de manera eficaz y con entusiasmo. - Nível alto de inglés. ¿Qué se ofrece? - Flexibilidad horaria. - Carrera profesional en una importante compañía líder en su sector. - Contrato indefinido y salario competitivo.
