As an **office & facilities admin**, you will help to the smooth run of the office by executing administrative and managerial tasks. As part of the administrative department, this position will also support/collaborate on the rest of department activities, such as purchase Order control, onboarding coordination, Company Events support, Suppliers Database update, among others.

**What will you do?**

**Office management**
- Spain office administrative activities for the services on site, including parking, pantry, stationary, vending machine & other building shared services.
- Coordination and point of contact with all 3rd party providers for any office service related.
- Coordination, as a local point of contact, between Regional Departments and 3rd party suppliers for any office service.
- Point of contact with the office Property for the daily operations of the business
- Point of contact for Facilities department. Support on local facilities tasks.

**Fleet support**
- Point of contact for operational tasks regarding fleet management service provided by 3rd party supplier inplant.
- Collaboration with Onboarding department for new joiners.
- Support on administrative documents related to fleet with 3rd party supplier inplant.

**EHS support**
- Report GS/incident in CURVE and start the escalation process
- Report general data and CAPA in CURVE
- Schedule training programme and track trainings done
- Organize medical checks
- Support on language issues/translations between EHS department and 3rd party suppliers
- Point of contact between EHS EMEA SPOC and Business

**Qualifications**:

- Education: University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- Previous experience in Administration is a must. Previous Consumer Health / FMCG industry experience also a plus
- Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
- Intermediate English level, written and conversation
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Agility and proactivity
- Multitasking
- Communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Possess and follow professional standards and principles within the workplace at all times
