An opportunity for an Facility Management & Real Estate has arisen within Airbus Operations, Puerto de Santa María (S).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Represent the center's FMRE function to the different stakeholders in order to achieve the company's operational and strategic and functional objectives in full compliance with the relevant regulations.
- Coordinate FMRE resources to ensure delivery of all FMRE activities in

cost, quality and time.

**SKILLS**

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the area
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Office
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in automotive will be valuable/a master in X will be valued
