**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The Knot WorldWide's Brand Partnership and Ads (BP&A) Team is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Team Lead. The BP&A Team Lead’s core objective is to ensure a successful management and delivery of integrated advertising campaigns and commercial content solutions from sell-in to completion. This role requires demonstrable team management, excellent communication skills, prioritization of workloads, ability to work with multiple stakeholders (both internally and externally) and budget management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate the BP&A team and take responsibility for their performance.
- Monitor progress and resolve conflicts.
- Regularly report on delivery and key metrics for campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to collaborate and analyze required data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an excellent experience for our business.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of BP&A products and associated parameters. You will be an ally to our collaborating teams (Editorial, Marketing, Design, Social Media).
- Work closely with Brand Managers and the Department Director in terms of processes, client management and relationships with the Sales representatives.
- Have a key role ensuring the transformation of the department and its alignment with Global.
- U nderstand development needs of team and provide training and support.
- Commit to continuous team development and professional growth.
- Process and submit monthly billing to ensure campaigns are invoiced timely and accurately.
- Demonstrate a best in class customer experience by balancing client’s needs with those of TKWW in order to deliver campaigns, strategies and activity plans that work brilliantly for all parties.
- Show a confident and proactive attitude to problem solving, escalating any potential issues internally so they can be resolved in a timely manner.
- Attend internal cross-departmental meetings and be able to lead status updates.
- Prepare project plans and roadmaps to ensure client expectations are managed should any campaign elements need to change. You will also be able to identify areas of potential delivery risk and action accordingly.

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - fluent in English and Spanish, professional proficiency.
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a publishing environment.
- Team Management experience with a proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, direct reports, managers and peers.
- Strong time management skills are critical for this role.
- Excellent understanding of digital channels, in particular direct digital and paid social.
- Understanding of other online and offline channels and the relationship between them.
