In this exciting new role, you will lead a team of 3-4 account managers for the European market. You will help the team develop their relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities and launch initiatives that will improve existing accounts. In the beginning, you will get hands on experience managing some of the larger accounts. Later on, your role will develop into being a strategic partner and guide for your team and the overall account strategy. You will identify new business opportunities and leverage internal resources to improve existing processes. The Team lead/Senior Account Manager Europe is responsible for planning, directing, leading the team, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of the department
