**About the position**:
We are currently looking for a **Business Development Manager** for Spain, based in Barcelona for one of Accor companies, **Wojo**, which is a network of +400 workplaces designed to support business whether they are a large company, an SMBs, a start-up or a freelancer, let's build a workspace together that suits everyone.

The **Business Development Manager** will be responsible for accelerate and support the conquest of the Spanish market

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE CONSIST OF?**

The main missions are:

- Build a relevant Small, Medium & Large Accounts targeting to increase profitable acquisitions
- Renew the customer portfolio
- Rent dedicated office space, co-working and meeting rooms at Wojo sites
- Guarantee the profitability of new customers
- Develop the cross-selling and up-selling logic in collaboration with the sales and marketing management
- Ensure and coordinate the start-up of new customers in collaboration with all the company's transversal services (Operations, Marketing...)
- Management of performance and productivity KPIs

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Degree or master’s in hospitality management, Business & Administration or equivalent
- Previous experience sales, commercial functions in Coworking Spaces or Hospitality
- ** English C1**, Spanish and French is a plus

**Required skills**:

- Be able to think outside the box to find solutions, grow sales targets and develop creative partnerships
- Complete control of the sales cycle: ability to prospect and develop new accounts
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Social selling
- Strategic vision: ability to address senior executives
- Customer & results oriented
- Taste for prospecting and negotiation
- Persuasion and Commercial Agility
- Perseverance and adaptability
- Analytical and synthetical mind
- Transversal facilitation capacity / Relational ease
- Exceptional organization skills and multitasking skills
- Mastering Salesforce will be a real plus
