**Qualifications**:
- **Proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with local and international clients.**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients, and to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Marketing skills, with experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeted at specific audiences. Digital marketing experience is a plus.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about LPC's offerings.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of educational content and resources.
- Oversee and manage the scheduling, coordination, and execution of training courses at the LPC office in Spain. Manage the process of issuing certifications to students upon successful completion of their courses, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Handle and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining LPC's reputation.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within Spain to expand LPC's reach.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote LPC's courses to individuals and organizations in Spain.
- Establish and cultivate new channels for LPC's course offerings, including partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and educational institutions.
Pay: 22,000.00€ - 24,000.00€ per year
