**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the Sales team and clients.
- Maintain and update client records and contact information in our database/CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and financial transactions.
- Handle Contract/NDA/Quotation creation, coordinate with legal, and manage contract signing.
- Handle Billing for clients coordinating with internal teams.
- Review transactions - Identifying High-Risk users.
- Support in tracking and reporting on key sales and financial performance metrics.
- Monitor GPU product inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure availability and on-time delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to assist in promotional activities and product launches.
- Collaborate with Finance to set up payment methods for customers.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative support role with knowledge of sales and finance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and database management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to address administrative tasks and spotting pain-points or possible areas of disagreement.
**Good to have**:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- Exposure to cloud computing technologies and cloud GPU service providers
