We are looking for a Cluster Sales Coordinator, L&L based in Marbella to join us and assist with the 3 Kimpton Hotels in Spain**:_Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, Kimpton Aysla Mallorca and the new Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella._**

**What’s the job?**
You’ll report to the Cluster Directors of Sales.
**Your day-to-day**
- Assist Cluster Directors of Sales L&L in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organize sales activities, including sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and timely information.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and hotel teams to ensure client needs are met
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, fam trips, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all event details are executed flawlessly, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotels.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for the Sales team.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, Hotel Management or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience working in hotel sales department.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, detail oriented, team-worker and with passion for service.
- Great desire to learn and grow within Luxury & Lifestyle segment
