- As a senior performance marketing, you will be responsible for managing our performance marketing campaigns & paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) Ideally we are looking for someone who is hands on with setting up campaigns, analyzing and optimizing them.
**Strategic And Operational duties**:
- Own the strategic and operational aspects of digital campaigns
- Lead the digital performance team to create campaigns aligned to business and communication objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams across Iberia market and at HQ to align on business priorities.
- Establish the online digital strategy and help scale efficient online lead generation campaigns with excellent execution parameters aligning them to other Full Funnel media channels.
- Ensure campaigns are executed based on best practices, powered with efficient optimization opportunities.
- Implement a performance and reporting cadence including setting and tracking KPIs that lead to tangible business results, aligned with the global top funnel media team.
- Set the annual perfomance lift strategy per market based on awareness trends in each market and configure campaign objectives accordingly.
- Drive and lead budgeting/forecasting, vendor alignment, experimentation, short-term execution and long-term vision.

- Campaign planning, creation, setup and optimisation, analysis and exploring new opportunities for channel growth.
- Test & iterate campaign types, paid channels to identify the best multi
- channel mix
- Carry out keyword research to ensure maximum profitability and high conversion rates.
- Setting up automated tracking system in place (via tracking template)
- A/B test campaigns to ensure maximum profitability.
- Collaborate and work closely with Data, sales, product, and content teams.
**Tools**
- Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor (must know), Tableau, Advertising Platforms Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
**Requisitos**:
**Your Experiences & Skills**
- At least 7+ years of work experience in a Growth/marketing role (ideally B2C model)
- 4+ years experience in SEA
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- You are familiar with conversion goals (defining them), offline conversion tracking & steering campaigns
- Experience in managing multiple high spend accounts
- Experience in data analysis (strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that have measurable, commercial results
- Expert understanding of working across paid social, display networks, native, Google Ads, publishers, and webinars
- Highly technical, analytical and experimentation-driven;
- You live and breathe: Audience selection, bidding strategies, attribution (web and mobile), tracking, incrementally testing, different ad formats
