.Senior Performance Marketing Manager Spanish Market In Factorial, we're looking for a PPC Manager to help us build the largest HR and business management media in the world.Are you ready for the challenge?We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture, and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.The RoleThe Paid Media Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new B2B clients through effective management of all paid marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, affiliates, display, video). This role sits within the Marketing team and uses data to measure channel performance and determine how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities.The successful candidate will play a strategic role in acquiring new customers and achieving key business objectives.Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing campaigns (Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.Tracking and optimizing campaign ROI, managing budget and deadlines, and recommending modifications to ad spends and channel selection.Weekly meetings with Sales Development teams to improve campaigns and ROI.Leading test and learn projects to inform best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels, and testing trends.You must be fluent in Spanish and English .Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position ( highly valued in SaaS companies, ideally B2B and Lead generation ).Proven tactical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data quickly – including hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Experience in running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100,000 .Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be adaptable.Hands-on in Copywriting & great design taste to ensure our brand and value proposition are communicated effectively and to maximize conversion.Extensive experience managing paid search placements including SEM (text ads/PPC), Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads.Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing a continuous improvement approach (define - measure - analyze - improve - control).Very strong teamwork orientation and ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.Perks of being part of our teamSave expenses with Cobee and get your salary in advance with Payflow.Healthy life with a free physiotherapist in the office, Gympass, and Alan as private health insurance.Language classes with Yolk Academy & Factorial Language exchange.Syra and Apeteat discounts.Breakfast in the office, organic fruit, and free caffeine and theine.Pet Friendly and no dress codeFactorial is an all-in-one HR Software fast-growing company founded in 2016
