**Shopper Marketing Manager (Oral care/ Wellness)**

**What are we looking for**

A dynamic and curious person, who is passionate about Shopper Marketing, guaranteeing excellence in execution by leading the strategy of the point of sale, through winning activation plans and ideas to beat competition, increase sales and win market share.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Develop & empower + Air traffic control Shopper Marketing team.
- Lead Shopper Oral Care/ Wellness Cross Strategy for Haleon (promo + pricing +visibility), assuring execution by subchannel is correctly implemented, avoiding cannibalization between subchannels.
- Support team cross projects assuring high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Seek for constant ex plan opportunities with cross teams.
- Precampaign design jointly w/sales coordination &tracking & execution.
- Coordinate Pharmacy Channel Monthly meeting with Area Managers and rest of Commercial Key Stake holders guarantee outputs and decisions are taken and follow up to make them happen.
- Coordinate quarterly Shopper promo analysis + ROI promo tool implementation in Pharmacy + harmonized option in MassMarket.

- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- +6 years of experience in commercial positions (Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing)
- High level of English
- Experience in managing teams and people oriented
- Game Changer w/ contagious winning attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills
- Manage high pressure & Anticipate Asks
