Role Dimensions
This is an exciting role, that comprises different aspects of Planning, including brand, consumer, and shopper. It reports to the Head of Consumer & Shopper Planning in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal)
This role will support Diageo SE organization in France in identifying growth driving insights, ensuring they are culturally resonant and to enable cultural traction and fame for the brands.

Top Accountabilities
Functional:
- Key member of your Category Brand team and key to helping shape their strategy for growth- Fuel your team with consumer and shopper provocations that instigate change- Embed new best practice within the France consumer marketing community- Effectively influence your team to make the right consumer and shopper lead decisions- Able to bring the future to today’s world and roadmap actions, to make it happen- Deeply understanding research techniques, able to draw conclusions beyond what is presented in a deck, and being able to connect the dots in order to bring a consistent and coherent narrative- Able to accurately digest large amounts of information and break down sophisticated problems- Strong in quantitative data analyses- Communicates in a compelling, persuasive, and impactful way
