About the Role

This exciting role combines planning, consumer, and shopper aspects, reporting to the Head of Consumer & Shopper Planning in Southern Europe. You'll support Diageo's SE organization in identifying growth-driving insights, ensuring they're culturally resonant, and enabling cultural traction and fame for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to shaping the strategy for growth as a key member of your Category Brand team.
  • Fuel your team with consumer and shopper provocations that instigate change.
  • Effectively influence your team to make the right consumer and shopper-led decisions.
  • Bring the future to today's world and roadmap actions to make it happen.
  • Deeply understand research techniques, draw conclusions beyond what's presented, and connect the dots to bring a consistent narrative.
  • Able to accurately digest large amounts of information and break down sophisticated problems.
  • Strong in quantitative data analysis.
  • Communicate in a compelling, persuasive, and impactful way.
About You

We're looking for an individual with a proven track record in research/planning roles, with a significant focus on strategic brand planning. You should have evidence of sound quantitative analysis, insatiable curiosity for understanding consumers, and the ability to bring the future to today's world.
