Founded in 2008, Worldsensing works with more than 200 engineering service providers worldwide to help them improve geotechnical, geospatial and structural monitoring in mining, construction, rail and critical infrastructure management.
With over 1,000 networks deployed worldwide and connecting over 65,000 sensors to the Internet of Things, our Loadsensing product is the leader in the IoT remote monitoring space.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Talent Lead to join our People team in Barcelona.
The Mission:
As Talent Lead, you will develop and retain Worldsensing's talent to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce and accomplish the company's vision and strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing the performance assessment and goal-setting process company-wide, defining and implementing employee experience framework and action plans. You will be responsible for the yearly roll-out plan of talent policies and processes, plus you will own the career progression scheme and make sure all players are aligned with it, promoting internal sessions to consolidate and promote best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with our VP People, TA colleagues, and hiring managers to help build high-performing teams. Represent Worldsensing at networking and recruitment events.
- Act as an HR advisor to ensure that employees have an available source of advice and
understanding of company policies and communications.
- Take an active role in all work environment-related issues, working closely with the VP of People to:
- Define the appropriate Employee Experience internal framework.
- Ensure complete life-cycle of Learning and Development.
- Manage the yearly performance assessment and goals definition together with line managers.
- Coordinate and implement development plans.
- Own the career progression scheme and make sure it gets the internal buy-in of all Worldsensing members.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices, assuring the quality of delivery and inner client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of talent management experience with a focus on technology companies.
- You are passionate about Talent development, people, and technology.
- Up to date and educated on the talent space, abreast of the latest talent trends and strategies.
- Interested in building an employer brand.
- You're humble, empathetic, eager to learn and improve continuously, and seek feedback as well as give it in a frequent manner.
- Fluent in English.

- Must be able to quickly build rapport, understand the dynamics of our teams, and be passionate about finding and attracting world-class talent to our team.
- Result orientation and sense of urgency are a plus.
- _Y_ou are analytical, driven, proactive, organized, ambitious, and restless and you never drop the ball. You have strong communication skills. You're not afraid of hard work and doing whatever it takes to get a job done.
