Reporting to the Head of People, the Global Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the continuous improvement and efficiency of our talent acquisition processes globally.As subject matter expert, you will drive growth across our different regions and functions worldwide.
Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for recruitment will ensure your success in this role.Role and Responsibilities :Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Roboyo's corporate strategy and growth plansUtilize market insights, data analytics, and industry best practices to create competitive hiring processes that attract high-caliber candidatesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality talentDevelop strategic workforce plans to meet short- and long-term organizational goals using your data analytics and reporting skillsExecutive SearchLead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership and executive roles as well as niche positions globallyPartner with business leaders to define role requirements and relevant assessment criteria to secure top-tier talent driving organizational successSubject Matter Expertise, Advisory & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to senior management and HR leaders, providing expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends, best practices, and emerging marketsCoordinate with HRBPs and business leaders across all regions and functions to ensure the consistent and high-quality application of recruitment processes and strategiesBuild strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, ensuring seamless and collaborative recruitment processesLead change management initiatives within the talent acquisition function, particularly in implementing new technologies and global process improvementsProvide training and mentorship to internal hiring teams on best practices in recruitment and candidate assessmentEmployer Branding, Talent Attraction & University RelationsEnhance Roboyo's global employer brand to attract diverse and top-tier talent through innovative recruitment marketing campaignsLeverage social media, career fairs, and other channels to position the company as an employer of choiceImplement fitted DEI initiatives within our talent acquisition practices globallyEstablish and manage partnerships with universities and educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of emerging talentOversee and lead campus recruitment initiatives and internship programs globallyDevelop and run a Roboyo Alumni Network to maintain a large talent poolSystems, Reporting & Process ExcellenceContinuously evaluate and optimize recruitment systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experienceIntroduce innovative technologies, tools and methodologies to streamline global recruitment effortsLeverage ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize the recruiting pipeline and results of recruiting effortsRequirementsProfessional CharacteristicsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in global talent acquisition (operational and strategic) within the IT consulting or professional services industry, with a strong emphasis on executive search and workforce planningExperience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in diverse international marketsStrong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring strategiesExperience in employer branding, university relations, and recruitment best practices and process improvementKnowledge of TA technologies and systems (i.E., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
