Our partner, with more than 1000 employees and a leader in communication in Spain, requires a Talent Manager to lead their HR talent area.
Role:
Will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key talent within the company, as well as their selection and development processes. Working closely with all departments, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy and ensure that internal HR processes are digitized and optimized.
What will be part of your mission?
- Design and maintain comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Identify skill gaps in employee performance and develop training programs to address those gaps.
- Manage the training and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Track training metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
- Develop talent management and acquisition programs.
- Design and develop an attractive employer branding strategy, including clear and differentiating value propositions.
- Work with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training programs.
- Lead the annual performance and talent evaluation process in close collaboration with all company departments.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture.
- Develop and implement career plans, including development opportunities.
- Lead the company's re-digitalization projects.
- Be aware of bureaucratic processes and ensure that steps are followed correctly.
- Lead and manage selection processes, funnels, and help scale and develop the talent team.
What we need:
- Degree/Master's, ideally in HR or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience leading talent management in a company with 1000 or more employees.
- Knowledge in digitalization of internal HR processes.
- Proven experience in organizational development and leadership, project management, and change management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relationships with employees and suppliers.
- Strong insight to identify opportunities and foster innovative thinking.
- Fluency in English and Catalan.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
