**FUNCTIONS**: Requirements: - Responsible for the countries under responsibility. - Maintain and develop current distributor network. - Help and support distributor to develop their business with our brands. - Make sure our distributors follow company strategy regarding price positioning, imagery, professional channel sales only, etc. - Look for new distributors and replace those non-performing. - Coordinate with Marketing department all new product launches and different promotions in the countries. - Coordinate with education team the support to be provided to each country. - Coordinate with customer service and ensure orders are shipped in timely manner. - In coordination with legal dept., follow all discussions needed and fill the documentation required to sign the Distribution contracts. - Prepare and present Annual Budgets. - Make sure distributors send their forecasts and confirm purchase orders on time. - Control Account receivables of the distributors under responsibility. - Obtain Marketing plans for each distributor. - Collaborate in gathering and analyzing international market data to understand and follow up better the markets. Requirements: - International markets experience in cosmetics sector, and experience in negotiating with distributors. - Experience in negotiating with distributors. - 4-5 years experience in similar position. - Higher degree in Business Administration or similar. - Marketing techniques. - Market techniques and sales exports. - Self-organized, ready to work independently. - Able to travel and visit periodically the different countries under responsibility. - Used to work in corporate environments.
