**Descripción**: The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. Research is organized in the following main areas, Malaria and other Infectious Diseases, Maternal, Child and reproductive Health, Urban Health and Child and environmental health, Climate & Non-Communicable Diseases. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team’s neuropsychologist on performing the assessment, scoring, interpretation and analysis of several child development tests conducted within the project.
- Data entry and organization

**Specific Duties**:

- Coordinate the team of neuropsychologists of the BiSC project
- Conduct neuropsychological and developmental assessment of children at age 4 years
- Conduct the scoring and interpretation of neurodevelopmental tests self-reported by the families
- Provide feedback to the participants and preparation of parent reports/dissemination material
- Data cleaning

**Auxiliary task**:
This job description reflects the present requirements of the post but may evolve at any time in the future as duties and responsibilities change and/or develop providing there is appropriate consultation with the post-holder.

**Training and experience /Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology
- Studies on child psychology, child neurodevelopment, behavior, neurosciences, or equivalents
- Expertise in similar projects and duties.

**Specific Requirements**:

- Preferable proven experience with patients and young children
- Knowledge or previous experience on administration of standardized tests to evaluate child development such as Merril-Palmer, BRIEF-P, CBCL and other neurodevelopment tests will be highly valued
- Previous experience in research is a plus
- Experience using RedCap is also a plus.

Good communication skills with the research team and the families of the infant participants in the study.
Fast-learning skills, to learn and implement infant eye-tracking experiments.

**Language level**:

- Catalan and, Spanish written and spoken. English will be valued.

**Conditions**:

- Duration: Until early April 2025
- Starting date: 01/07/2023
- Contract:Part time (13 hours/week)
- Salary Range: According to experience and qualifications, based on the internal salary scales.

**Selection Process**:
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be pass. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
