What We Are Looking For
ISGlobal is seeking an HR technician who is interested in take part of development area of human resources, focused on recruitment and hiring.
This is an exciting time to join ISGlobal, where the team caring and policies for people are in the center of the HR strategic planning for coming years. We need a passionate of HR development area, including selection, training and policies.
The successful postholder will work collaboratively with the HR development manager and in coordinate with a selection technician. A related educational background in HR and professional experience is essential.
Training and experience
Labour relations Grade or related academic background (Psychology)Experience in selection at least 3 year (HR department or selection agency)Experience/knowledge of working in research or academic sector, a plus.

Reception of interest or need of new position. Job description template. Design of selection process with the responsible of the selection: panel composition, timing, sites
Posting
Post the job offer at the related sites: ISGlobal websites and other specific sitesFiling and define the reference Ensure compliance with OTM-R policy and HRS4R guidelines.
Managing Candidacies Through Internal ATS
Follow up the reception of candidacies and share with the responsible for the selection regularlyShortlisting of candidates
Interview
Agenda of selection interviews: contact with candidatesPreparation of interview dossier: interview guide, CV and shortlisted candidates gridInterview with HR: second interview and discussion of conditionsTaking referencesSupport the team needs during the selection processSend the competency test
Feed Back

Selection General

Internships
Reception of interest or need for new internships. Liaising with academic institutions. Managing the agreement. Support to the necessary team during the selection process. Contact with providers and platforms (Universities, Job platforms)
Auxiliary tasks
Administrative support to development area (training and policies) when needed.

Selection Process
The Selection Process Is Designed In Two Phases
Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV. Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed, any technical test could be passed. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will start the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
