Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Laboratory Technician or higher
- Animal manipulation course

**Desired**:

- Experience in a variety of laboratory techniques
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, self-motivation and social skills as key personal abilities
- Good level of english

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- At least 5 years of experience working as a laboratory technician.
- Experience in mice manipulation
- Good level of english

**Desired**:

- Ability to do statistical analysis
- Ability to work independently and as a team

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Participation in the collection, processing of samples
- Protein extraction and analysis
- Implement the molecular classification of endometrial cancer in the samples contained in our sample collection
- Participation in different projects related to improve personalized treatment in endometrial cancer research
- General duties in the laboratory and/or participation to complement other research projects

**Labour conditions**:

- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: 01/01/2023
- Gross annual salary: 22.641,96€
