**Who you are**:
We are looking for a Venue & Promoter Partnership Lead with a passion for music (ideally electronic music) to lead Xceed's expansion in the Portuguese market by building relationships with the best venues, festivals and promoters in the country.

As part of an exciting and growing team, you'll shape unforgettable experiences, connect with top industry players, and grow our brand by identifying new business opportunities.

**What will you do**:

- Report directly to the Director of Venue & Promoter Partnerships or, consequently, the Chief Business Officer.
- Close deals with new venues, organizers, and festivals to grow Xceed brand.
- Become an expert in our SaaS solution (Xceed Nightgraph) and communicate its value to potential clients.
- Manage the whole sales cycle. Research and study the target market to build a successful sales strategy (supported by the team).
- Cross-department collaboration throughout the sales, onboarding and delivery process. Ensure their quality through all stages.
- You will reach out to potential partners (both business&consumer) and sign joint ventures within the market.
- Travel from time to time to key cities for client meetings and industry events.

**Your profile**:

- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and bring on new partners. You thrive for success, and want to exceed targets.
- Tech-savvy. Good skills in G Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experienced in CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Embedded within their local nightlife & clubbing scene with an existing network. You're passionate about the electronic music and its culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work autonomously, and an interest in start-ups - the sky is the limit
- An outstanding business sense - you know where the good opportunities are.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must. Other languages are welcome.
- A humble attitude and a good sense of humour are a must ;)
