Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role The Sales Team Internship will be based in Madrid and will report to the Country Director Spain This internship will be a critical support to help Enterprise Sales Reps and Account Executives to increase their focus on commercial efforts, while providing market analysis and competition assessment. In this role you will also provide market analysis and competition assessment to help the Sales team with an understanding of new business drivers. This role will support with decision making, using data analysis to zero in on what’s working/not working. **Job Description**:
**Your way to impact**

This role requires an individual with an analytic background and an understanding of sales reporting, sales analytics, business intelligence, communication skill. The ability to work and collaborate with key business partners is also a critical success factor in this role.

**Your day to day**
- Perform Market Research, audits of industries and analysis of potential new verticals to identify new merchants for the enterprise segment.
- Qualitative Analysis of leads, assist in engaging with merchants that meet enterprise criteria.
- Assist in analyzing payment flow of existing merchants and identify integration improvements as well as potential upsells of PayPal products.
- Facilitate the onboarding of merchants in conjunction with the Enterprise Sales team, helping with the collection of documents from merchants.
- Support the Iberia team in daily activities, competitor analysis, internal presentations, newsletters etc.

**What do you need to bring-**
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Good team player with a collaborative approach and be able to create quality relationships quickly, whilst also working well independently.
- Have a good sense of initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of payments industry and/or ecommerce is preferable
- English proficiency and fluent Spanish
