WebCargo digitizes global freight sales for over 2,000 of the world’s largest logistics providers and carriers. Or, in plain English, we help move the world, offering incredible technology that powers almost a third of the global air cargo market.

We’re not alone, either. WebCargo is a proud part of the Freightos Group, a logistics technology company that aims to make global trade frictionless. That’s not cheap, so we’ve raised nearly $100 million from investors like GE Ventures, the Singapore Exchange and Aleph, making and have gotten the BBC, TechCrunch, and the Wall Street Journal excited about freight.

Turns out, it’s kind of a big deal. As one of the largest tech platforms for a huge industry (the phone or computer you’re reading this on was, after all, shipped), we’ve been crushing it with double-digit growth, year after year.

We are world leaders in digitalizing air cargo. We have already been growing ~150% a year and need to continue this rapid growth and expand to new segments and geographies.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for **growing the number of air cargo eBookings worldwide** in a capital-efficient way and staying ahead of the competition. This includes:

- Develop and execute a sales eBookings strategy and aggressive sales plan metrics designed to create accountability and meet company goals.
- Lead generation.
- Conversion of leads to users.
- Onboarding from A to Z: identify and understand customers' onboarding to implement a customized onboarding strategy from lead to eBooking.
- Upselling within an organization.
- User retention and churn recovery.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goals expectations.

Additionally, you will be in charge of the **direct management of the inside sales team**; and will be coordinating on a dotted-line basis with:

- Data team - growth must be data-driven and make recommendations.
- Marketing - for lead generation from advertising and SEO.
- Product - for features which support growth.
- Customer success - for user support and re-engagement.
- User training.
- Local teams in Europe, US, and Asia.

**Requirements**:
**Basic requirements**:

- Proven track record in business growth, preferably in a B2B mid-sized high-growth tech company.
- Experience with tools such as CRMs, and user engagement automation.
- Highly analytical and data-oriented.
- Experience with both direct management and coordination of teams which are matrixed.
- Strong sense of initiative.
- Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity, and ability to adapt when necessary.
