**The Role**
We are currently looking for an Affinity Sales Director in Spain, position based in Madrid. This is an important senior management position reporting in the Affinity Leader for Spain and supporting her in leading the business development activities of the line of business in this important market.
Main Responsibilities:
- To be recognized as a leading Affinity expert in Spain contributing to the development and execution of the Affinity new business strategy.
- Create a tactical annual growth plan and identify new business pipelines.
- Delivers agreed Affinity Revenues and Profits Targets.
- Has a relevant role in delivering new wins in the following industries: Banks, Leasing Companies, Credit Card Issuers, Mobile Network Operators, Utilities, Travel & Leisure, Digital Platform, Automotive and Motor among others.
- Plans, leads, and executes complex sales and client management process, to develop and prioritize opportunities, manages the sales funnel.
- Works collaboratively with the WTW local management and client relationship stakeholders and the wider Affinity team to leverage business synergies
- Develops and drives Affinity value proposition and product development.
**The Requirements**
- At least 15 years of experience in building partnerships (B2B2C) in the Spanish market, working or having worked in senior business development roles.
- Understanding of the Affinity sector with solid experience in building partnerships, as a client or as a provider, in at least one of the following industries would be highly considered: Banks, Leasing Companies and Credit Card Issuers, Mobile Network Operators, Utilities, Automotive and Motor or Specialized Brokers or Insurance Companies
- Commitment to work with the aim of deploying the WTW Affinity Business Model in collaboration with the Affinity Leader and Team in Spain and with the wider Global Affinity community.
- Result driven character with proven track record in building and delivering Business Plans, Pipeline Management and Sales Effectiveness methodology
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. A relevant master would be a plus.
- Knowledge of the Spanish Affinity market in terms of opportunities, insurers, competitors.
- Capacity to work collaboratively, influencing diverse stake holder groups, and working as part of a wider multi-discipline and multi-solutions management group in a matrix environment to guarantee business integration and leverage business synergies.
- Outstanding decision-making skills, communication skills, relationship-building skills, influencing skills.
- Project and process management skills would be an important plus.
