Senior Salesforce Account Executive en Madrid

**TAREAS & RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Será responsable de la gestión integral del proceso de venta de la solución, con el apoyo de recursos Preventa (para valorar y diseñar las soluciones, asegurando el valor añadido en las propuestas presentadas) y Operaciones (asegurando el alcance funcional acordado en relación a los objetivos que marcarán la satisfacción del cliente).
- Deberá captar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio en clientes nuevos y colaborando en oportunidades generadas por los Account Executives del propio Salesforce, así como fomentando el up-selling y venta cruzada en los clientes existentes.
**Requisitos**:
- **Experiência**: Buscamos un profesional que pueda aportar en total más de 5 años de experiência comercial y resultados demostrables en el área IT, con al menos 3 años de experiência reciente en la venta consultiva de soluciones de negocio basadas en la plataforma Salesforce en cualquiera de sus módulos (Salesforce Customer 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud o Salesforce Platform Cloud ) o bien otras soluciones que puedan ser similares en cada una de sus nubes: CRM (sobre Dynamics, SugarCRM, Oracle ).
- **Conocimientos y habilidades técnicas**: La escucha activa es esencial. Por el tipo de soluciones que se ofrecen, debe conocer y entender los problemas y procesos de negocio o comerciales, como la gestión de leads, Customer Care, Se requieren conocimientos para utilizar con fluidez soluciones Salesforce, similares o paralelas en cada una de sus nubes.
- **Idiomas**: Deberá aportarse un nível fluído de Inglés, debido al momento de expansión internacional que vive la compañía y el momento de globalidad del mercado en general que permite gestionar clientes internacionales.
- **Soft Skills**: En la compañía encaja la buena gente, proactiva, propositiva y que fomenta el buen ambiente y la cultura colaborativa de la compañía. Claramente se requiere alguien orientado a resultados y con perfil de venta consultiva: Debe plantear retos al cliente, proponer soluciones y hacerle ver el beneficio de mirar más allá, influyendo y convenciendo mediante ejemplos y demos (colaborando estrechamente con equipos de Consultoría y Preventa, coordinando el trabajo en equipo interno para dar respuesta a RFPs, etc ).
