**HR MANAGER REWARD & DATA**

**Location: Spain**

Reporting to the HR Director, the role will be responsible for developing an effective and inclusive reward package to motivate our employees, planning, implementing and controlling the full life cycle management of digitally organisation information and records.

You’ll explain data and communicate into valuable information to influence decision making processes.

As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our schools to improve the current state of rewards elements and provide support and assistance to HR Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reward**
- Reviewing, evaluating and designing remuneration (monetary and non-monetary) policies to attract, incentivise and retain high calibre talent
- Designing and administering internal transfers policies and reward packages
- Managing the annual pay and bonus reviews
- Executing salary benchmarking for all positions
- Managing senior leaders’ compensation
- Taking ownership of the annual budget process and reviews
- Participating in salary surveys and compensation trends analysis as required
- Researching collective bargaining agreements, current and past arbitration decisions, and employment legislation to advise management accordingly
- Supporting the onboarding and off boarding processes

**Data**
- Ensuring personnel records maintenance
- Reporting data and analytics to internal management for important decision-making processes
- Ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures
- Preparing ad hoc reports/analysis and research to facilitate HR planning and analysis
- Proactive data and process assurance through great attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Provide ad-hoc HR assistance and undertake ad-hoc projects as required
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and detailed HR related data and information is requested at every stage of the due diligence process
- Bachelor or Master in HR & Certificate in Compensation & benefits
- 7 years’ experience in C&B
- Understand payroll, social legislation and financial processes
- Genius in excel
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors
- Experienced with total rewards, job evaluation, salary bands and benchmark methodologies using HAY, MERCER
- Able to manage expat mobility
- Fluent in English, any other European language, a plus
- Strong sense of ethic and confidentiality
- Able to communicate technical matters in simple words, solution oriented
- Structured and rigorous approach
- Analytical mind, able to present visuals to make data more compelling

The role is based in Spain, working remotely.
