The Head of Offline Channel Development will be responsible for the global strategy and day-to-day management of relevant offline sales channels. This position will work with internal & external stakeholders to develop, align, plan, and execute Galderma’s targeted offline channel management strategies - across relevant key brands and supporting/driving the The core objective of this role is to improve Galderma’s efficiency & effectiveness in the offline world, hereby significantly increasing sales generation, to propel commercial success in the countries - whilst managing the assigned budget.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global strategic offline channel management plans, in collaboration with internal global, regional, and local stakeholders (note: channels include retail as well as in-office channel for medical grade skincare, inc. Alastin).- In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensure optimization of in-store fundamentals and strategic direction, positively impacting Galderma’s presence, products, and possibly related services.- Ensure ‘feedback loop’ through data-base management, SAVR analytics, with focus on top markets and top accounts - as well as guiding countries for appropriate sales/demand elastic promotional investments.- Optimize the customer experience, both for business and consumer customers grounded in sales force effectiveness, category management and shopper / trade marketing principles.- Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal stakeholders.- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies/approaches to put Galderma in a leadership position and win in the selected channels.

Skills & Qualifications- Strong background in a Strategic & Operational role in offline Healthcare Channel Management- Influence, challenge and lead key cross-functional stakeholders at global, regional, and local level effectively, whilst aligning on clear objectives, in co-creation fashion.- Foster partnership with and performance management of channel owners, in collaboration with the internal local/regional stakeholders.- Assertive and commanding presence to educate both internal and external stakeholders, whilst understanding and addressing needs, and solve problems.- Ability to manage large projects, as well as identify trends and critical gaps related to offline channel management, based on (and not exclusively) strong analytics.- Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as required.
