- Si tienes entre dos y cinco años de experiência en Executive Search y hablas idiomas (inglés y/o alemán) tenemos oportunidades profesionales para ti. Seleccionamos RECRUTER SENIOR o SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION con INGLES y/o ALEMAN para nuestras oficinas de Madrid y Barcelona.

Misión - Liderar de procesos de Executive Search a nível nacional e internacional trabajando de manera autónoma y en equipo con grandes profesionales.

Funciones
- Toma de perfiles / Descripción de puestos de trabajo
- Estrategias de búsqueda. Búsquedas directas, mapeo de mercados.
- Realiza de procesos de selección completos
- Reporta y mantiene la interlocución con los diferentes responsables del proyecto y cliente.
- Mantiene relaciones a largo plazo garantizando la calidad y el buen servicio, convirtiéndose en un consultor estratégico para nuestros clientes, aportando información y soluciones a las necesidades presentadas

**Requisitos**:

- Profesionales con licenciatura (Psicología, Pedagogía, Derecho etc.)
- Alto nível de inglés y muy valorable otros idiomas (alemán).
- Experiência de entre tres y cinco años en posiciones similares
- Iniciativa y recursos para resolver buscando alternativas.
- Alta orientación a cliente (interno y externo)
- Resiliencia, organización y planificación
- Dinamismo, entusiasmo y con ganas de aportar formando parte de nuestra empresa
