En **IDEA** estamos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un **SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST **al área de Personas y Organización en nuestras **oficinas de Madrid.**

Con más de 15 años de experiência y un equipo humano de más de 250 personas, nos afianzamos en el sector Industrial, Oil & Gas, Minería, Energético y Arquitectura. Realizando proyectos en más de 26 países, a través de nuestros servicios principales: Ingeniería de Proyectos, EPC, Reclutamiento & Outsourcing, Transformación Digital 4.0, Arquitectura y Redes

**Tú misión**:Es clave en la implantación de **Política de Atracción y Selección de Talento.**

**Funciones principales**:

- Desempeñarás un rol importante en la Implantación de Política Estratégica de Atracción y Selección de Talento.
- Te encargarás de liderar algunos de los Proceso Selección para IDEA Corporativa de principio a fin. Publicación de Ofertas, Hunting, Filtros Telefónicos, Entrevistas Presenciales.
- Participarás en el diseño, implantación y seguimiento, asegurando la excelencia de Experiência Candidatos/as.
- Trabajaremos todos juntos/as en mejorar nuestro posicionamiento como marca empleadora.
- Sostenibilidad, Diversidad e Inclusión van en nuestro ADN y por tanto, en nuestra Política de Reclutamiento. Asegurando un lenguaje inclusivo, garantizando la igualdad, no discriminación y apostando por el Talento Diverso.
- Serás Analista de tu propio trabajo. Analizando y midiendo los resultados de selección y llevando a cabo las acciones que fueran necesarias con la finalidad de garantizar la excelencia y eficiencia de la Selección.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Titulación Académica: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, Psicología o Grado en otra especialidad y Máster en Dirección de RRHH y Gestión de Personas
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en Selección y en implantación de Política de Atracción y Selección de Talento.
- Experiência en el Sector de Ingeniería y Energía.
- Compromiso, Predisposición e Iniciativa.
- Orden y Rigurosidad.
- Madurez y Comunicación asertiva.
- Buen nível de Inglés

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación Académica: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, Psicología o Grado en otra especialidad y Máster en Dirección de RRHH y Gestión de Personas

- Experiência en el Sector de Ingeniería y Energía.
