Position: German Partner Support Agent
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native or proficient in German and advanced level in English
- Has any experience as IT systems management assistant or similar, alternatively you have studied business informatics or business administration
- Modern and brainy and have a good understanding of IT and are interested in working with modern tools like Zendesk, JIRA or Confluence
- Interested or experienced in a process area such as logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting/accounting, wholesale and foreign trade or eCommerce
- Convincing communication skills and joy in working with others
- Customer care skills such as ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need and to take ownership of, and progress cases to resolution or to escalate cases to resolution.
