Pretendemos impulsar un cambio significativo a través del compromiso social y la innovación.La oportunidadTrabajar en colaboración con los equipos comerciales para, una vez confirmada la compra de un programa tanto a nivel particular como empresa, dar soporte y acompañamiento al participante/empresa en todas las gestiones tanto administrativas como financieras necesarias para asegurar su ingreso en el programa, asegurando que se cumplen todas las normativas tanto a nivel de rigor académico como financiero en relación a contabilidad y cobro.Tus principales responsabilidadesFunciones habituales:Atención participantes en caso de Programas Open / EEMM Al iniciarle el ciclo de comercialización de un programa, reunión de coordinación (kickoff) con todos los agentes implicados (comercial y Program Manager) para confrmar información del programa (fechas, precio, calendario de programa, calendario de pagos, Academic Periods implicados) así como acordar protocolos de coordinación. Atender a los alumnos admitidos a un programa y dar soporte/seguimiento hasta completar todos los tramites necesarios para su correcta matrícula en el programa. Esto incluye: Formulario de admisión completo y datos correctos. Envio de la carta de admisión (en caso de no estar automatizado por el sistema) Entrega de toda la documentación necesaria para la admisión al programa: DNI/pasaporte, Fotografia, etc. TAE Seguimiento de la entrega de titulación en caso de acceso a programas Degree, revisión documentación entregada y validación. Seguimiento con el alumno para confirmar información de facturación En caso de bonifiación del programa (Fundae / PIF), coordinación con Program Managemnt para preparar toda la documentación necesaria para tramitar las ayudas (calendario, profesorado y horas del programa, etc.) Atención clientes en caso de Programas Custom / Partners: Cuando se confirme la venta de un programa custom/partner y antes de su inicio, reunión de coordinación (kickoff) con todos los agentes implicados (comercial y Program Manager) para confirmar información del programa (fechas, precio, calendario de programa, calendario de pagos, Academic Periods implicados) así como acordar protocolos de coordinación. Seguimiento con el contacto de la empresa alumno para confirmar información de facturación y preparar calendario de pagos. Facturación: Alta y sincronización de las empresas objeto de facturación en caso de no existir en el sistema
