**_Account Manager_** para unirse a nuestro equipo de
**_Nutraceuticals _**en
**Gavà, Barcelona.**

**Mission**:
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, you will be accountable to achieve or exceed the sales’ objectives in the allocated countries, being the main contact with customers, distributors and prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and increase the sales with current distributors and customers within the EMEA region and develop new accounts by making presentations, being aware of account requirements and introducing new innovative products.
- Monitor closely the development of new projects and close sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining product and capabilities, giving technical and scientific advise to customers, overcoming issues and preparing contracts.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the accounts, market, trends, competition, to fully comprehend the competitive environment. Provide market intelligence and strategic direction to the Sales Manager and relevant business segments.
- Manage customer questions/requests properly, redirecting them to the specific dept. and answering with the right information: quality, regulatory, technical, samples.
- Supervise customers/distributors interactions to provide full satisfaction and compliance regarding orders management and delivery.
- Create quarterly/yearly business forecasts with the support of your manager and produce monthly/quarterly reports on business results in the area.
- Attend local and international exhibitions and events.
- Ensure and maintain business compliance with local laws and regulations and operate within Ethics and HS&E Policies and procedures, participating in trainings when required.

**Requirements - Education, experiences and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science: Biology, Chemistry, Food technology or related. Specialization in nutraceuticals and/or sales/business is a plus.
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Advanced level (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently.
- Competencies like customer focus and drive for results are essential for this role.
- Adaptability to different cultures and hability to influence.
- Availability and willingness to travel 35% of the working time (mainly Europe) with highly flexible schedule.
- Valid car driver’s license is essential.
