**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
Our client is a well known international company from the pharmaceutical sector, rapidly expanding and is now looking for a Manager who will be in charge of the Corporate Customer Service Team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Operations Director, will have the opportunity to build the team from scratch and implement the operatives and follow up the team for achieving excellent results and an excellent service.

**¿Qué harás?**:
Your mission: Lead the implementation and management of the Customer Service model throughout

Your day to day will be:
1. Definition and implementation of Customer Service Group Strategy
2. Guarantee a unique Customer Service model throughout DENTAID group
3. Define, measure and report of Customer Service Performance KPI’s
4. Recruit, coach and manage Local Customer Service Managers
5. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
6. Understand customer needs
7. You structure the Customer Care team so that the B2B and in the future also the B2C service is optimal
8. You are responsible for the customer master data in SAP and CRM.

4. Business understanding. 5. Project Management skills
6. Data Analytics - You will need to have skills to extract and manipulate large and complex datasets. 7. Proficiency in English and Spanish
8. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
10. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
