Novel Student is a leading provider of high-quality student accommodation across Europe. As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring success at our Novel Student accommodation - Platina, Salamanca. You will be responsible for driving leasing and marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
- Responsible for the successful lease-up of your property.
- Be expert in your knowledge of the leasing performance of your property; attending the routine calls/meetings well prepared to discuss performance.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting is completed in a detailed and timely manner.
- Handle leasing enquiries, coordinate and conduct viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to move in.
- Liaising with the sales & marketing team, utilising various online and offline channels to attract and engage prospective residents.
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to build a strong sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring Platina remains competitive in the market.
- Regularly provide content and ideas for social media platforms to showcase the property and promote resident events and activities.
- Work closely with the property management team to address any resident issues or concerns, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience at Silk Mill Property

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably student accommodation or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the Salamanca market and student housing trends
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
