El trabajo de **Supervisor F&B **se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

- Se sirven los alimentos y bebidas a los clientes en el outlet asignado, proporcionando un servicio profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo estándares y valores de 7Pines Resort Ibiza.
- Se mantiene una alta calidad de producto y servicio en el punto de venta.
- Se fomenta maximizar las ventas y la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
- Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
- Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

**Otras responsabilidades del puesto**: Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente. Informar a los outlet managers de las quejas y los comentarios de los clientes. Liderar el servicio y actuar como modelo para el equipo. Saber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. Garantizar que el lugar de trabajo y la zona circundante se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. Realizar el cierre y la apertura del outlet según los estándares de servicio.

**What we are looking for**:
The job of **F&B Supervisor** is satisfactorily executed when:

- Food and beverages are served to customers in the assigned outlet, providing a professional, efficient and flexible service following 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards and values.
- A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
- The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.
- Sales and customer satisfaction is encouraged.
- Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with.
- Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of customers.

**Other job responsibilities are;** To deal with customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report customer complaints and comments to outlet managers. Lead the service and act as a role model to the team. Know how to operate the existing POS system. Ensure that the workplace and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

- Conocimientos o estudios relacionados con la posición.
- Mentalidad abierta, ciudadanía europea.
- Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.

**Requirements**:
