Estamos en la búsqueda de un perfil administrativo polivalente, con foco en Customer Service y Logística para una empresa cliente del sector Pharma, especializada en oftalmología (Madrid).Requisitos excluyentes para encajar con el puesto: inglés alto y experiência en la industria farmacéutica.El puesto en cuestión es un híbrido y abarca las siguientes áreas:
CUSTOMER SERVICE Y ADMINISTRACIÓN
- Gestión de pedidos en SAP
- Data entry en CRM
- Seguimiento de pedidos en SAP
- Reporting de ventas
- Resolución de incidencias
- Accounts Receivable Aging
- Facturación de pedidos
- Gestión documental y archivo de facturas
- Trato con clientes y bancos

LOGÍSTICA
- Solicitud de propuestas comerciales de transporte
- Monitorear errores en SAP
- Pedidos de muestras en SAP
- Uso de CRM

OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Coordinación interdepartamental
- Trato con proveedores
- Suministro de materiales y mantenimiento de oficina
- Negociación
- Soporte técnico

BACK-OFFICE COMERCIAL
- Soporte al equipo comercial con alta de clientes

La persona seleccionada le reportará al Country Manager y estará en contacto constante con la central (en inglés).

Horario: de lunes a viernes: 8-9 a 17-18h

Salario: 24.000-31.000€ b/a

Beneficios sociales: al año plan de pensión y seguro de salud.Fases proceso de selección:

3) entrevista con la matriz (Holanda) en inglés
