Alphanumeric Systems Canada Ltd, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and trilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This remote-based role in Spain offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, fluency in English, German, and French, and experience in supporting pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial settings. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a focus on strategic thinking, we want to hear from you
The successful candidate will provide responses to FAQs and general on-label information, identify potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and triage medical information inquiries to the appropriate department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an optimized customer service experience in a personalized manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Respond to FAQs and general on-label information
- Identify potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs)
- Triage medical information inquiries to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, German, and French
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial settings
- Strong proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect & Salesforce Health/Service Cloud
- Knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
Salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience
