**YOUR MISSION**

The IKONO Expansion Manager will be responsible for making our expansion plan a reality. Taking IKONO to new markets by identifying new opportunities and developing them.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead expansion strategy for IKONO, opening new regions and markets, focusing on both retail parks and high street locations.
- Develop legal and operational structure in new markets.
- Engage leasing agents and property owners in targeted cities.
- Conduct market research and look actively for new locations.
- Conduct site visits to potential locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and coordinate with local authorities for licensing and permits.
- Oversee due diligence for all transactions collaborating closely with legal.
- Oversee expansion projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost
- effective execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sector, including developers, agents, suppliers and local administrators.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, creative and operations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Located in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
- 5 years of experience in retail expansion, preferably within the European market.
- In-depth knowledge of retail opening procedures and licensing requirements.
- Availability to travel.
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Any other European languages would be an advantage.
