**A Snapshot of YourDay**

In the morning, youhave a call together with the regional sales hub with a potential customer inAsia. You explore technical concepts for the project as well as fundingoptions. After that, you have a short interaction with our partneringdepartment about potential partners for that project. Later morning, there is aregular team meeting for the execution of a Pre-FEED for Power-to-X projecttogether with a Technology Partner for Methanol Synthesis with approx. 15participants from various disciplines, where you follow-up on action items andmake decisions on open topics. After lunch you present an offer for a Study tothe management for approval. In the afternoon you travel to Country X, topresent and discuss your offer with the client.

**How You’ll Make anImpact**
- Develop projectopportunities together with Siemens Energy Hub Sales Team in close interactionwith customers
- Guide customer intechnical project specification and consult for most advantageous technologyselection with Siemens Energy internal experts
- Set-up and lead crossfunctional and cross organizational capture teams for the preparation offeasibility studies, pre-FEED and support of FEED studies and firm bids
- Drive selection andintegration of EPC partners for the required project structure
- Preparation calculationand documentation together with the assigned Bid Manager and Commercialcounterpart, drive submission of bid into release process
- Submit comprehensiveand high quality technical & commercial proposal to Customer.
- Lead Customernegotiations to finalize the post tender clarifications and contract agreements.
- Ensure all work is inline with the quality, statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements
- Abide by and complywith the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines
- Represent SEcapabilities in the field of Power-to-X and Hybrid solutions internally andexternally, e.g. conferences or events

**What You Bring**
- Experience in H2Electrolysis technology / Grid Technology / Renewable Energy and Power-to-Xrelated process technology and safety requirements
- Professional experienceof more than 15 years of overall, thereof minimum 10 years in Technical Salesor Bid Management required.
- Intensive experience inrelevant technical disciplines such as design/construction/ commissioningproject management in relevant industries such as large power plant,transmission, Oil&Gas and Petrochemicals
- A pro-active highachiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure and totight / challenging deadlines
- Strong Collaborationand Stakeholder Management skills, both internal and external
- Strong interpersonaland leadership skills, able to inspire a multifunctional and multicultural team
- Project Managementexperience, knowledge of procedure & tools. PMP certification is preferred
- Contract Management andcommercial understanding
- Quality Managementmethods / tools
