We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Dynamics 365 Business Central in Spain, who will organize pre-sales activities, identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients, and generate ideas for business development in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal sales to corporate clients (manufacturing, retail, distribution, professional services, etc.) of projects/solutions (ERP, EAM, WMS/TMS, EPM/CPM)
- Managing the full transaction cycle: from lead qualification\identifying client needs to sign a contract
- Generating ideas and plans for business development in Spain and WE
- Preparation of current proposals for promoting the BC solution in Spain in collaboration with different departments
- Lead generation together with other departments of the company
- Conducting meetings, pre-sales, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Preparation of commercial proposals and participation in tender procedures
- Preparation of necessary documents, contract work
- Participation in industry events, and creation of marketing materials
- Higher education (economic, financial or technical)
- Experience in selling IT projects/solutions in the B2B/B2G segment for 3 years (ERP, EAM, WMS/TMS, EPM/CPM, CRM)
- Experience in negotiations at the level of decision-makers
- Understanding the relationship between technology and business processes
- Understanding of sales methodology
- Preparing, conducting and defending presentations, working with objections
- Willingness to travel
- Own customer base will be an advantage (production, retail, distribution, professional services, etc.)
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an advantage
- English at B2 level and above.
