**Role summary**:
You will become part of an international company that manages a portfolio of client companies**.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- As your main focus you will be responsible for the reception matters, such as office management support, telephone assistance, courier, business meetings and events assistance;
- Communicate with clients, maintenance, building property, cleaning service, providers, employees;
- Office organization, meeting rooms, storage room, kitchen, furniture;
- Various formalities with Notaries, Mercantile Registry, Apostille;
- Maintain and develop a good atmosphere in the office and promoting the good use of the facilities;
- Involvement in other aspects of the office and giving support to all the departments of the office.

**Skills / experience**:

- Not previous experience is required;
- Excellent work attitude, quick and willing learner and proficient team player;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Able to work in a team and autonomously;
- Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
- Multitask and High quality Customer service;
- High level of English written and spoken;
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks accordingly;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset.
